Day 1: Arrive in Srinagar - Mughal Gardens - 80Km

Arrive at the Srinagar airport / TRC and experience our prompt transfer. Visit the Mughal gardens, Chashmi-e-Shahi, Nishat  & Shalimar Bagh, Botnical Garden, Pari Mahal and harwan garden. The evening is reserved for a Shikara ride . Stay overnight at the Houseboat in Srinagar.

After breakfast, proceed to Gulmarg. Spend the day sightseeing the picturesque locales. One can take the exhilarating cable car ride to Khilanmarg or Apharwat Snow Point (Cable car ride and Pony ride are not included in the package). Stay overnight at the hotel in Gulmarg.

Anyone who has done a short Kashmir trip and found it rushed. The second Pahalgam day is unscheduled, so Aru, Betaab and Chandanwari can be taken at walking pace rather than squeezed into an afternoon.

What do you do with the free day at Pahalgam?

Whatever the weather allows. Aru and Betaab valleys are close by, Chandanwari is further up the Lidder, and none of it needs a transfer booked. It is the only day in the whole Kashmir range with no scheduled drive.

Aru and Betaab valleys are a short run up the Lidder, and Chandanwari further still. Pony hire is the usual way up and is paid locally. Because no transfer is scheduled that day, the pace is yours rather than the itinerary's.
